The Palm Harbor / Siskiyou Lodge built by Cavco Millersburg is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 357 square feet on a 32-foot frame. A bedroom and a bath with a shower sit at the left end of this very small plan, with a kitchen along the back and a living room leading to the right end. An optional porch is drawn at the right end, and an optional porch with a bay window is also drawn off to the left.
