The Palm Harbor / Sierra Lodge built by Cavco Millersburg is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom singlewide manufactured home with 389 square feet on a 35-foot frame. The bedroom sits at the left end of this small plan, with a bath that has a separate shower and a water heater closet below it. A kitchen along the bottom wall and a living room fill the right end, with a furnace closet and plant shelves at the center and the entry at the corner.
